Any diet suggests avoiding toxins consumption if you want to improve your health and lower the risks of disease occurrence. Food additives can affect your metabolic processes, mental concentration, behavior and even immune responses as well as increase the risks of getting cardiovascular diseases, cancer or other degenerative conditions. Such additives as preservatives, sweeteners, caffeine, nitrates and sodium benzoate cause many diseases especially in children.
